I was the younger one in my family,so I never seen a growing up kid. So,when I became a mother I didn’t know how to take my doll in my lap properly.
In my case, rollercoaster ride starts since first day because my daughter consumed some dirty water in my stomach,so doctor transferred her in NICU.We were very excited on born of her( because I conceived after five years of marriage) ,but our happiness suddenly converts in sorrow for sometime.We were in dilemma.No one allowed to touch her in NICU except me. Sisters called me after every four hours to feed her but I was unable to feed her, because my breasts became so hard and she don’t know how to suck. My mother or mother in-law was not allowed to come with me in NICU. It’s very painful for me, my child was crying in front of me, and I can’t feed her. After five days she discharged from there, and we came back our home. My mother helped me a lot and after one week she started sucking properly. I felt,I was on cloud nine because I won the first battle. My mother lived with me till two months and in these two months she trained me how to give her bath, massage and so many things.
Though my husband was very supportive,but he also didn’t know how to take care of a baby. We both were learning new new things daily. Watching your own child as growing up is the best experience of anyone,s life. When she starts to do any new things,we clicked her pics, make videos.
Now she is a toddler, she is our live. She is very naughty but she understands my emotions. It’s really a joyful experience to watch her as a growing up but sometimes I loose my control, when she didn’t listen me. I scold her but I felt very bad. She has the capacity to change my mood in any situation. Really children are very innocent and we should learn many things from them like how to forget quarrel and again starts playing together.
Every child is different, so sometimes if anything works for one kid it will not work for other one. But with patience, love and care,we can teach them life values.
